Any money paid to Finlink for its Services, including but not limited to annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, and registration fees, are non-refundable. However, Users may submit a Refund Request Form along with a non-refundable $100.00 processing fee. This Form will be reviewed by Succession Link and if it deems appropriate, will issue a refund or a portion thereof. Refunds may be made only in extenuating circumstances, and submission of this Form and the processing fee does not a guarantee that any refund will be provided to User.

Automatic Renewal; Membership Cancellation Policy

Your membership will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods at the then-current rate unless you cancel prior to your anniversary date. You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date, which will provide details about your membership and how to cancel if desired. To cancel, you must email your request to [email protected]. All cancellation requests received after the anniversary date will apply to the following membership period. No prorated refund will be given for the current membership period. We reserve the right to terminate your membership without notice for any reason. Memberships are for single users; sharing a membership will result in immediate termination.

Billing and Payments

All payment information you provide is subject to the Privacy Policy. If you have a membership to the Services, your credit card will be charged annually by a third-party payment service. If your payment method expires, you authorize us to continue billing until notified of an update or cancellation. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or credit card provider may charge. You are encouraged to keep your payment information up to date. We use third-party payment services for processing payments. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Fin.Link the right to store and process your information with these services. Fin.Link will not be responsible for any failures by third-party services to protect such information. Refund Policy

A Compatibility Score with more stars has a higher likelihood that your practice is a good match with that particular listing. Ten attributes are used to calculate a Compatibility Score.

You need to create an Advisor or IBD listing to get a compatibility score.
